Amrop Portugal Launches "Atrair e Voltar"

With the aim of supporting the return of Portuguese citizens living abroad and attracting international talent to Portugal, Amrop Portugal presents its latest initiative: “Atrair e Voltar: A Conversation about Coming Back Home and Choosing Portugal as Home.” This project, inspired by the success of the “Service to the Community” program, is designed to support the return of Portuguese citizens living abroad and attract international talent to Portugal. Offering individual sessions, the initiative aims to help participants understand the current landscape of the Portuguese job market and overcome the challenges associated with returning or integrating into the country.

Objective and Impact

Amrop Portugal aims to conduct 100 sessions during the first half of 2025. This free initiative strengthens the company's commitment to the appreciation and promotion of talent in the country, contributing to the creation of a more dynamic and attractive job market.

How it works:

1. Individuals must apply through the following contact form.
2. Each participant will have access to a personalized session, either in person or online, lasting 30 to 40 minutes, conducted by an Amrop consultant with the support of Amrop partner in fiscal matters.
