Carlo started his career in Human Resources and Organizational Development with roles of increasing responsibility in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors, with companies like Monte Titoli, Zurich and Allianz/Ras. In 1998, he moved into the Industrial sector (B2B and B2C) as Human Resources Director initially with Lamberti (Fine Chemicals), and laterally Manuli (Automotive), Poltrona Frau Group (Luxury Furniture), Unichips SanCarlo (Food) and Radici Chimica.
Carlo has successfully completed several Change, Development and Talent Management projects in Italy and abroad at various management levels. He has supported the Talent Development processes of headquarters, joint ventures and subsidiaries as well as stock-listed companies in the Chemical, Automotive and Luxury / Furniture sectors.
Carlo holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
