Elena Ghiradotto - Partner, Italy

Elena has extensive experience in the HR & Organisation areas, gained in complex environments. She spent her career living and working in Sweden, UK and Italy, both in consulting and in big corporations such as FCA Group, Carrefour Italia and Acqua & Sapone, were she was CHRO focused on restructuring, M&As and C-suite management.

She has deep knowledge of the Retail, Industrial and Automotive sectors, and additionally covers the Financial Institutions sector, thanks to her earliest experience working in financial markets in Sweden

Catherine Tempany - Partner, Ireland

Catherine has over 25 years of business experience at senior management level with a range of Irish and international companies. As an Executive Search Consultant, Catherine’s focus has been on international C-Suite roles across various sectors including Digital & Technology, Consumer & Retail, Professional Services and Travel & Tourism. As a qualified Leadership & Executive Coach, Catherine also brings a coaching perspective and insight to her Executive Search practice.

Previously, Catherine held a number of senior management product marketing, commercial and operations roles at O2 Ireland, Vodafone Ireland and at American Airlines.

Florian Jummrich - Partner, Germany

Based in Duesseldorf, Florian has significant experience as an international Executive Search and Interim Management professional, with previous experience across the technology sector. His previous experience includes senior roles for companies providing SaaS solutions for EHSQ & ESG management, Human Capital management and at SAP, covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Florian has conducted various national and international mandates in a range of sectors, including Industrial (Automotive, Chemicals, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Industry, and Packaging Material), Digital, and Cloud.

Pengcheng (PC) Pan - Partner, China

Based in Shanghai and Hong Kong, Pengcheng has lived and worked in China, Germany, USA, Australia and New Zealand. His experience includes both established multinationals and start-ups covering industries like brewery, Food & Beverage, Processing & Packaging, Ingredients, Chemicals, Wellness and Consumer Goods. 

He spent 12 years with Tetra Pak Group in key markets including China, the USA and ANZ. Later, as Firmenich’s VP Sales of Greater China, PC led the deployment of innovative solutions focused on nature and health to major F&B clients. More recently, PC was a management consultant serving Australian & Chinese clients in the Dairy & FMCG industries. Prior to joining Amrop, he worked for Access, a fast-growing start-up in Sydney, where he led the creation of the R&D and contract manufacturing management teams.

Carlos Lomeli - Partner, Mexico

Based in Mexico City, Carlos is an experienced financial consultant for Fintechs and regulated financial entities, and is active as an independent board member. In his last corporate role as Country Manager for COFACE, he managed the company's operational consolidation and progressive growth in Mexico.

Carlos spent 25+ years at Scotiabank. In his last role as SVP Retail Banking for Mexico, he was responsible for the areas of Banking Products, Sales & Service, Distribution Channels, Contact Centre and Marketing. His previous roles at Scotiabank included the Northern Divisional Vice President for Mexico and the Country Head of Scotiabank in El Salvador, a position he held for 3 years prior to taking on his last role in Mexico. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Scotiabank in Costa Rica.
