Amrop Argentina Appoints Clarisa Vittone as New Managing Partner, Driving Growth in Leadership Services and DE&I
Amrop Argentina has appointed Clarisa Vittone as Managing Partner. Clarisa takes over from Gonzalo Guerrico who led the business in Argentina for the past 10 years.
Clarisa joined Amrop as a Partner in 2011. She leads client engagements related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, with a focus on developing female leadership. She also specializes in Digital talent and has advised many companies on their digital transformation journeys, including working with digitization at Board level.
Clarisa’s work extends across the Amrop organization, as she is currently the Latam Region Chair, a member of the Regional Business Development Committee in Latin America, and a mentor in the Amrop Explorers Program for developing young leaders. Clarisa was also recognized this year with the Amrop Values Award in recognition of her contributions to the global partnership.
Gonzalo Guerrico will continue as a Partner in the firm, building on his 19 years of experience in Executive Search and his role as a trusted advisor working with C-suite clients, mainly in Agribusiness, Industrial, FMCG, and Family businesses.
Amrop’s team of Partners in Buenos Aires also includes Pablo Pristupin, working with clients across Executive Search and Leadership Advisory services, mainly focused on the Digital & Technology, Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors, among others.
