Viesturs has been an Amrop Latvia Partner since 2005. Viesturs has extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT industry. At the start of his career, he held various positions related to marketing and product development. Later he became a Council member of Latvia’s largest mobile network operator. After that, he joined Microsoft as the Marketing organization manager for the Baltic region. Viesturs’ portfolio includes 175 executive search and board consulting projects for Amrop clients in Ukraine, Latvia, and Estonia. Education: Viesturs graduated from Riga Technical University with a Radio engineer diploma. In 2002 he obtained an MBA from Riga Business School.
