Jitin Mangla is a Principal in Amrop’s Gurgaon office and anchors the Org & Analytics Advisory practice.

He brings over 14 years of experience in sectors like financial services, banking, healthcare and logistics. He was associated with Mckinsey & Co for the last 4 years wherein he had been part of multiple organizational transformation journeys. He advised clients on addressing diverse organizational problems using advanced analytics across markets like APAC and EMEA. He has also served clients in the North American market as Analytics Consultant during his stint with Cognizant Technology Solutions. Jitin holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Michigan State University (U.S.) along with a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from M.S. University of Baroda.
