Yağız is an Associate in Amrop Turkey, with a diverse background in financial advisory and recruitment consultancy.

Prior to joining Amrop, Yağız embarked on a journey into the dynamic world of e-sports, gaining valuable insights into the rapidly evolving industry.

Transitioning to a role at PwC in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory department, Yağız gained experience in finance advisory and client management, thriving in high-pressure environments with stringent deadlines. Building on his foundation at PwC, he joined an international recruitment consultant firm and he gained experience in talent acquisition, research and project management, fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Yağız graduated from Bilkent University with a degree in Business Administration and Management. He is native in Turkish and fluent in English.
