Wim Focquet is a Partner at Amrop Belgium. He has over 30 years of experience in executive search, leadership development and organizational transformation. Throughout the course of his career, Wim has lived in several countries and served in multicultural environments.

Wim holds a Masters Degree in Languages from Ghent University, and an MBA in Marketing Management at Vlerick School Leuven-Ghent, Belgium.

He founded a master’s program in HR and Talent Development at IE University of Madrid and served as Academic Director. He is also a visiting professor at multiple universities, teaching on behavioural science and leadership. His work focuses on ensuring that organizations thrive in an ever-evolving world, providing meaningful careers to adaptive talents.
