Willem joined Amrop in 2023 as a Research Consultant, bringing 5 years of experience in research and customer advisory roles across different sectors, including logistics, events, and education.

He focuses on executive search for C-suite roles within the Energy & Infrastructure sector.

He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in History from the University of Amsterdam.

Outside of work, Willem enjoys rowing and has competed in international regattas, which reflects his dedication and commitment to achieving strong results.
