Walter Gai is a Managing Partner of Amrop in Italy. Walter joined Amrop in 2009, after having matured a 10 year experience in the Executive Search sector.

Walter started his career in Publitalia '80 (Mediaset Group) in the early '90s, achieving growing responsibilities in the Sales and Business Development areas, holding the position of Top Clients Account Manager.

In 1999 he moved to the Executive Search industry, working at Eurosearch Consultants as a Partner in charge of the Turin office.

Walter has successfully completed several research projects in the Manufacturing - particularly Automotive - and Media sectors, working with numerous large Italian and multinational companies for the search of Top Management positions.

Walter holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Turin.

He speaks Italian and English.
