Sertac has 15 years of Executive Search and recruitment experience. She started her career in marketing and IT. Before joining Amrop Warsaw she worked in as Senior Consultant at Amrop Istanbul, and at HSBC Bank as a Resourcing Manager in her native Turkey.

Sertac has extensive experience working with clients in the Life Sciences, ICT, and Financial Services sectors. She led the Life Sciences practice and ICT practices at Amrop Turkey.

Since relocating to Poland, she has continued to cover theses industries, inclusive of a major Europe-wide assessment component.

Sertac attended St. Benoit Lycee in Istanbul. She has a BA degree in Sociology from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, and a MA degree in Management from Kozminski University in Warsaw. She also attended a variety of professional development trainings organized with Amrop and HSBC.

She is fluent in English, French, and Polish, in addition to her native Turkish.
