Randi Flugstad is a Partner at Amrop. She has worked with executive search since 1998.

Randi has extensive experience in recruitment of top management to large companies, especially in Governmental and Public sector, Not for Profit, Academic, Publishing, and Engineering Consultancy.

Randi joined Delphi Consulting, the forerunner of Amrop, in 2001. Randi has many years of management experience from the publishing business and as marketing manager for various companies. She has also been director of a national competence development company.

Randi focuses on the recruitment of top and middle managers, management audits and team development. Her area of expertise is in executive search for top level management, especially to Ministries, Municipalities and NGOs.

Randi holds a BA in Social Sciences in Education with additional qualifications in marketing. She has a Masters program in Management of Employment Law from BI Norwegian Business School.
