Pii has extensive experience working in global multinational companies in different industry sectors such as telecommunications, mobile devices, consumer packaging and stainless steel. She has some ten years experience of working as Chief HR Officer in large Finland based multinational companies.

Pii joined Amrop in 2013.

Having experienced several large-scale industrial transformations, she has a broad understanding in areas such as organization design, strategy creation and implementation as well as a deep interest in performance culture and leadership. She has also acted as mentor on several occasions.

Pii’s main focus has been on large multinational clients in a multitude of sectors such as ICT, manufacturing and retail. The assignments have ranged from sales, marketing to CIO, HR, CFO and general management roles. In addition to executive search, she also has conducted board assignments and leadership assessments.

Pii has a M.Sc (Econ) from the Helsinki School of Economics. She is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of Aalto University School of Business.
