Philip joined Amrop in 2024, from one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies where he has held several positions during a 10year tenure.

His experience covers managerial roles in sales and delivery as well as senior roles in enabling functions such as Nordic Head of Talent and latest as VP HR for the Nordics – part of the Northern Europe/DACH leadership team.

Philip’s career trajectory has enabled a broad exposure to and collaboration with executives and directors in several sectors across the Nordics. He was instrumental in developing the Nordic Adecco value proposition in general recruitment services over a period of 10 years, with a main focus on Financial Services and Professional Services.

From a functional perspective, Philip has mostly focused on HR, Sales and Marketing positions.

Philip holds a BSc in Business Law from Lund University.
