Olivia holds a background in organisational psychology, having studied her master's degree at City, University London.

Over the past four years, she has gained extensive experience working in management consulting with Infosys Consulting and Capital Markets (CAPCO) consulting firms in London. Olivia has now returned to Dublin to join Amrop, to leverage her organisational expertise in executive search, leadership development and psychometrics.
