Nina has worked in Executive Search for past 4 years, having led the country operations for another international executive search organization.

Previously, she led talent & organization strategy consulting for Accenture Nordics. Before moving into consultancy, Nina had an extensive career in HR, including 5 years as CHRO for Fiskars Group and before that 15 years in Nokia in different Sr. HR leadership roles.

Her international experience includes living and working in Finland, the US and Russia.

Nina holds a MSc in Psychology and an Executive MBA. She is also a professional Executive Coach.
