His has diverse experience in advising and engaging C-Suite personas for transformation decisions, managing teams, and delivering transformation projects. He has provided Industry 4.0 consulting and analytics implementation services to global and Indian organizations operating in sectors like Chemical, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, and Consumer Products.

Prior to joining Amrop, Nilajit led consulting practices in organizations like Rockwell, EY, and Grant Thornton. He also provided leadership to the technology function of a leading automotive component manufacturing organization; driving key technology enabled transformation decisions and technology projects to deliver business outcomes.

Nilajit had completed a BSc (Economics, Statistics and Mathematics) from Calcutta University and an MBA from MDI Gurgaon.
