Matilda Lundberg joined Amrop as an Associate in December 2023.

Her career in recruitment began during her studies and soon developed into a full-time role at a leading recruitment firm. Since then, she has deepened her expertise in HR, sustainability, finance, and marketing, with a particular focus on supporting the infrastructure sector.

Matilda also brings international experience from a year of studies in London and has completed training as a motorcycle orderly in the Swedish Armed Forces. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Service Management with a specialization in Logistics from Lund University.
