Lucie joined Amrop in 2015 and holds the position of Researcher in the area of Executive Search. Her main duties include active researching of data, which is further investigated in regards to the relevant market and subsequently analyzed. This leads to the establishment of an active communication with potential candidates. The outcome of the research is summarized in the weekly reports.Lucie has experience in the area of recruiting, which she acquired during traineeships in international recruitment agencies. While, she studied psychology at the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra, she also participated in an Erasmus study exchange program in Krakow.
