Louise Ryott is a Consultant in Stockholm.

Louise has worked with recruitment since 1999. Before joining Amrop, Louise ran her own Research and Consultancy business, where she recruited effectively on assignment to various clients at a Senior level. Prior to that she worked at the recruitment and talent management firm Hudson as a Senior Researcher, Research Manager and the last years as a Recruitment Consultants. Before that, she worked as a Researcher at the Nordic recruitment company Sale Search.

Louise has broad and genuine experience from recruitment at a high level in a variety of industries and functions.

Louise holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Stockholm University and has and studied Psychology at the University of Westminster, London, Great Britain.
