Kee-Yeon joined Amrop Korea in 2021 as a Partner and Senior Consultant after serving for 14 years in the biggest global executive search firm where she had been in a role of principal partner since 2015.

Kee-Yeon brings with total 16 years of experience in the executive search consulting industry. Through her experience, she has successfully completed engagements for the Fortune 500 companies as well as Korean leading conglomerates across industries including consumer products, retail & distribution, entertainment, electronics, and high-tech.

Her functional coverage spans across all functional groups of senior level executives. She has placed numerous CEOs, business unit leaders as well as senior functional executives including finance, sales, marketing, human resources, supply chain, IT, legal and corporate affairs positions

Her earlier professional career covers over 8 years in the consumer service and retail industries where she worked as a marketing communications professional.

Ms. Kim holds a bachelor of art in French language and literature from Gachon University in Korea.
