Katja Nikula works as a Head of Operations in Helsinki. Katja has been working in the executive search business for more than fifteen years. She has extensive knowledge and practice in recruiting senior talents for general management, sales and marketing, IT, finance, HR and line management positions in Finland and abroad.

Katja is accounted for operations, allocation of resources, assigning project teams, scheduling, monitoring and work management within Amrop Finland as well as for quality of work and continuous development. She also has an overall responsibility for Amrop’s project management in Finland and in some assignments globally.

Katja has graduated from the University of Huddersfield (UK) with Honours.
