Jarle Trandokken is Managing Partner at Amrop Norway and a former Member of Amrop's Global Board.

Jarle has a profound understanding of the broad set of profiles and qualifications needed in different top-level positions, both in smaller and larger companies. His area of expertise is in top-level recruitment especially to the production, supply-chain, wholesale and retail sectors.

Jarle joined Delphi Consulting, the forerunner of Amrop Norway, in 2013. Since then he has recruited numerous executives in key roles, especially in sales, operations, finance, HR and strategy/ business development functions.

He has extensive professional experience from Norwegian, Nordic and global businesses in production, supply chain and service industries.

Jarle has held various top positions in IT and strategy consulting firms and has also been responsible Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a large turn-around operation in Sweden, as well as CEO for establishing a green-field company in Denmark, and he has led teams and operations in Norway.

Jarle has established management teams and developed corporate culture to support business goals and strategies, evaluation of management teams and employees, and he has developed action plans for employee development, team work culture, recruitment, etc. Jarle has a profound understanding of the broad set of profiles and qualifications needed in different top-level positions, both in smaller and larger companies.

Jarle holds a Master of Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management and Master of Business & Marketing from Oslo Business School.
