Irem is the Managing Partner and shareholder of Amrop Turkiye and the CIS. Prior to Amrop, Irem held the managing partner role in Boyden Executive Search, where she developed a diverse client portfolio including multinational companies, local conglomerates and cross-border assignments across various sectors. Prior to executive search, İrem had a background in the fast-moving consumer goods sector; she developed a deep understanding of business challenges across diverse geographical regions, establishment of long-term strategy, best-in-class implementation, structural change management, global stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership. Her multidisciplinary approach to business led to her creating a competitive advantage in the executive search field, with a consistent level of excellence, and an unimpeachable reputation in her network.

İrem holds an honors degree from Koç University in B.S. International Relations, on a merit-based scholarship. She also studied at the University of California, in Los Angeles, USA. She completed her high school education at Notre Dame de Sion, Istanbul. Irem has native fluency in Turkish, professional fluency in English and French. An avid athlete, sports lover and sea captain, she is enjoying her ride with her loved ones.
