Partner Gintare Betaite joined Amrop's Vilnius office and started her career in executive search in 2008.

Prior to joining Amrop Gintare pursued her career in international and Lithuanian companies within sales, business development and human resources management roles, where she gained solid knowledge and experience in business to consumer and business to business sales within services industry, personnel selection, recruitment and training.

Gintare’s search experience lies within IT&Telecommunications, consumer & retail, manufacturing, industry, transportation & logistics, construction & real estate industries.

Gintare graduated from Kaunas Technological University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, did her internship in a private company in the United States of America and obtained an executive MBA at ISM University of Management and Economics. She has also studied at IMD Business School in Lausanne and Singapore. She speaks fluent Lithuanian, English, Russian and has basics of French.

Gintare is fond of culinary art, photography, travelling and active outdoors.
