Filip joined Amrop in September 2024.

Prior to joining Amrop, Filip worked as a researcher at Egon Zehnder, spanning several different industries and functions but with most of the work within Egon Zehnder's Industrial Practice Group.

Filip holds a Master's Degree in European Studies from University of Gothenburg as well as a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies from University of Gothenburg.
