Erik Floman was appointed Senior Advisor of Amrop Finland in 2019. He has more than 25 years of experience from various roles in business management.

Erik has served as a board member for 15 different companies based in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, the UK, USA and China. After his operative career ended in 2007, Erik has acted as a management consultant. He has been the Managing Partner of Korkia Consulting for more than five years.

Besides Amrop Finland, Erik also serves as a Senior Advisor to Korkia Consulting, Unicef Finland and Suomen Yrityskehitys. Erik developed the Senior Advisor section at Korkia to further support the consulting business. Additionally, he recruited several well-respected Finnish business leaders for Korkia Advisory Board and led the team until 2019.

His work with Korkia Advisory Board inspired Mr. Floman to develop Amrop Finland’s Advisory Board concept further. With this concept, companies can form their own Advisory Board and easily provide them with a relevant task. Amrop supports their clients in the auditing and development of Advisory Boards.

Erik has a M. Sc. (Econ) from Hanken School of Economics. He is a member of Directors’ Institute Finland, Helsinki Bourse Club and La Société des Gastronomes Finlandais.
