Cristina is a Partner in Bucharest, bringing 26 years of experience, specializing in HR services for the past 17 years. Her expertise covers Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Energy, Industrial & Automotive, Logistics and Professional Services.

Before joining Amrop, Cristina worked in HR consultancy, specializing in executive search services, C-suite succession, leadership assessment and development centers, and customized HR consultancy programs.

Cristina’s approach is grounded in her comprehensive sales, operations, and management experience with leading multinationals in telecom and professional services, and on her subsequent projects and certifications.

She is a certified Hogan and SHL assessor and holds a Hofstede Insights Organizational Cultural Assessments Certification. Additionally, she is a licensed soft skills trainer.

Cristina holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and economics from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest and a master’s in communication and PR.
