Her background in retail banking at one of the foremost private banks in Turkey and her education in psychology, gave her the opportunity to hone her skills in account and client management, which then organically evolved into a successful career in executive search consultancy. She is a well-known consultant in Turkey.

Prior to joining Amrop, Ceren has 16 years of experience with another premier global leadership and talent advisory firm, Boyden, specializing in C -suite and senior management roles. With her extensive local knowledge and know-how in placing C-Suite and senior executive roles in Turkey, Ceren has completed 200+ projects across various industries. Her local and international clients range from startups and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, and she has deep expertise in cross-border assignments. Ceren, always able to establish excellent communication with both the clients and the candidates, excels in guiding both parties to long-lasting, successful matches geared for growth, with a tailor-made and hands-on approach.

Ceren is a graduate of American Collegiate Institute and holds a B.A. degree in guidance and psychological counseling from Boğaziçi University. She has native fluency in Turkish and professional fluency in English. She is a member of Boğaziçi University Alumni Club.
