Beth started her career as executive search consultant at Amrop Denmark in 2010 focusing on media, technology, and IT and as part of the digital practice group. She has work experience from other tier 1 executive search companies and has worked in the industry at Pandora before rejoining Amrop Denmark in 2020.

Beth is currently working on various assignments with a focus on Consulting, Retail, Technology and IT.

Beth has a master’s degree in History from the University of Copenhagen.
