У 2020 році Ангела приєдналася до Amrop як партнерка, яка спеціалізується на розробці послуг з лідерства. Вона бере участь у пошуку членів Рад, в аналізі та діагностиці продуктивності їхньої роботи.

Ангела є активним учасником глобальних практик Amrop з Корпоративного Управління та Рітейл.

До роботи в Amrop Ангела обіймала ключові керівні посади, зокрема керувала функцією HR у провідних українських та міжнародних компаніях, таких як RedHead Family Corporation та Deloitte Ukraine, а також керувала функцією маркетингу у провідних транснаціональних і місцевих компаніях, таких як McDonald's, Mars, Oriflame, real,- Metro Group та EVA.

Вона також була директоркою міжнародної рекламної агенції Publicis в Україні.

Ангела отримала ступінь МВА в Міжнародній школі менеджменту Uni Kassel у Німеччині та отримала диплом з корпоративного управління UCGA/INSEAD.

Ангела має сертифікат Hogan. Ангела має багатонаціональний досвід роботи: працювала у Великій Британії, Німеччині та за свою кар’єру брала участь у багатьох міжнародних проектах.

Angela joined Amrop as a Partner in 2020, specializing in Executive Search and Leadership Services product development. She is involved in selection and performance assessment of Boards.

Angela is an active member of Amrop’s global Board Services and Consumer & Retail Practices.

Before her tenure at Amrop, Angela held key leadership roles, including Head of HR at top Ukrainian and international companies such as the RedHead Family Corporation and Deloitte Ukraine, and Head of Marketing at leading multinationals and local companies like McDonald's, Mars, Oriflame, real,- Metro Group, and EVA.

She also served as Managing Director at Publicis Ukraine, an international advertising agency.

Angela holds an MBA from Uni Kassel International Management School in Germany and completed the UCGA/INSEAD Corporate Governance program.

She is Hogan certified and has a multinational working experience, including working in the UK and Germany and participating in numerous multinational projects in her career.
