Aleksi Koskinen is a skilled research professional who has several years of experience in executive search. He has experience from working with various different industries. He is driven by helping clients, candidates and colleagues to achieve the right results. Aleksi joined Amrop in January 2023.

As a generalist Aleksi is interested in various industries and functions. He is especially experienced in the utilities, construction, industrial and consumer sectors. He has functional search experience from specialist to C-level top management.

Aleksi holds a master’s degree in general history from the University of Helsinki and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. He is fluent in both Finnish and English and proficient in Russian.
