Amrop Finland welcomes Nina Ariluoma as Partner

Amrop Finland is pleased to introduce Nina Ariluoma as the newest Partner in the Helsinki office. Nina has 20 years of experience within different management position, within HR, Executive Search, Talent Management and Leadership Advisory. She has extensive experience from various industries such as technology, retail and professional services. Nina also has international experience as she has lived and worked in Finland, the US and Russia.

Nina’s most recent leadership experience was within another international executive search organisation, where she led the country operations and was the managing partner. Nina has led, worked in an advised companies within different industries and she can easily understand a client’s perspective and need. Nina has leadership experience and active networks within a broad businesses and functions. Utilizing her extensive experience within executive search, recruitment and leadership advisory, she is always looking for the most impactful solution for the client.

Nina holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Helsinki and an Executive MBA from Helsinki School of Business. She is also a professional Executive Coach. Nina is fluent in Finnish and English.
