Audrius Shoshas joined the Amrop Partnership in 2003. As Managing Partner of Amrop's Vilnius office since its establishment, Audrius has been consistently responsible for Amrop's growth in Lithuania, leading the firm into the executive search market leader position in the country.

Audrius has acquired valuable business management experience, he possesses a broad view of the economy and different industries. Since 2003 Audrius has completed over 300 search assignments for the leading international and local companies.

Audrius' search experience encompasses a broad range of industries and functional areas. He has built particular expertise in search assignments in life sciences, consumer & retail, technology & telecommunications, industrial and financial services industries.

Prior to joining Amrop, Audrius has held commercial and executive management positions in the leading medical and pharmaceutical companies - Johnson & Johnson, AB Farmacija and Tamro, working as a Sales Director, CEO and Vice-President.

Before joining Amrop, Audrius worked as a Chief Executive Officer in the pharmaceutical production company Sanitas AB. During his career Audrius has also gained significant experience in mergers and acquisition.

Audrius graduated from Kaunas Medical University with a Medical Doctor-Surgeon degree. He has also studied Executive Development Business Programs at International Institute of Management Development, Lausanne, Switzerland.

He is fluent in Lithuanian, English, Polish and Russian.

For a number of years Audrius has been actively involved in automobile rally sports as a professional codriver. Audrius has been participating in the World Rally Championships; he is also a multiple Lithuanian Champion and Latvian Vice-Champion. He also enjoys traveling.
